Z-Ro arrested for gun possession by a felon
Over a month ago, Z-Ro trended heavily on social media, after he was seen getting jumped by Trae Tha Truth and his crew, in their hometown of Houston. Trae denied any involvement in attacking him though, despite Z-Ro saying he was sucker punched, after Trae said he wanted to walk and speak to him. This incident occurred while the two attended 50 Cent’s Houston Tycoon event.
Now, Z-Ro is getting into some concerning legal issues. On Friday night, he was reportedly arrested in Houston, for gun possession. Harris County Constable Mark Herman revealed on Facebook, that this occurred at the 7500 block of N. Sam Houston Parkway W. At the time, Z-Ro was stopped in his car, by deputies.
In addition to the firearm, police also found 4.7 ounces of weed, on Z-Ro. He was soon booked for felon in possession of a firearm.
“Joseph McVey was arrested and booked into a Harris County Jail, charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm,” Herman explained. “His bond and court information have not been set at this time.”
This all comes after Z-Ro released his new “Pressure” album, in May. This project included 20 new tracks.
