Megan Thee Stallion Forbe’s cover makes her the first Black woman to be featured. It’s the 30 Under 30 issue for 2022 and it’s hot.
Megan Thee Stallion On Cover Of Forbes 30 Under 30 List
Megan Thee Stallion Forbe’s cover makes history.
Back in 2021, Meg made history as the second female rapper ever to win Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards.
The first to do so was Lauryn Hill in 1999.
Now she has another record-breaking achievement to celebrate with Forbe’s.
The publication’s newest 30 Under 30 issue dons the hot girl from Houston on its iconic cover for 2022.
This makes her the first Black woman to achieve this feat.
Wasting no time marking the achievement, the 27-year-old rapper/songwriter posted this on her social media page –
“First BLACK WOMAN on thee cover of @forbes 30 under 30 [fire emoji] Real hot girl sh*t [money emojis]. See you soon, Hotties, love yall.”
Forbes chose our girl Meg for her trailblazing music.
But that’s not the only reason, as the financial and business magazine also took into account her business and philanthropic efforts throughout the year.
Though she made the list three years ago, Megan Javon Ruth Pete was given a microscopic view this year for the cover feature.
Among the many accomplishments of this young lady, she has managed to rake in the dough by partnering with such billion-doll brands as Nike, Revlon, and Cash App.
Additionally, she has endorsement deals like the one with Frito Lay’s Hot Flamin’ Cheetos.
Additionally, she has her own Popeye’s “hottie sauce”.
In this year’s Forbes 30 Under 30 issue other notable names on the musical list include –
- Jack Harlow
- Lil Durk
- Baby Keem
- The Kid Laroi
- Don Toliver
- Willow Smith
Congrats Megan, we see ‘ya.
