GloRilla and Cardi B go platinum with “Tomorrow 2” collaboration
2022 has seen GloRilla emerge as one of the biggest breakout stars of the year. At the end of the spring, her “F.N.F. (Let’s Go)” single with Hitkidd went first, and dominated social media. Soon, many crowned it as the song of the summer. This success soon led GloRilla to signing to fellow Memphis native Yo Gotti’s CMG record label.
Glorilla has since won big with other singles, such as “Tomorrow,” “Blessed” and “Tomorrow 2” with Cardi B. Tomorrow 2 soon debuted at number nine in the US, and became Glo’s highest-charting single to date.
Tomorrow 2 has now reached another huge milestone, since its release. According to Chart Data, it has now sold over 1 million units in the US. This now makes Tomorrow 2 eligible for platinum status.
Tomorrow 2 also appeared on GloRilla’s new “Anyways, Life’s Great” EP, this month. That project contained nine songs in total, as it went on to debut at number 11 in the US.
In addition to Tomorrow 2 seeing massive success, fans can also catch GloRilla on her Anyways, Life’s Great Tour, starting in January. Every show has since sold out, but more tickets are winning to become available. GloRilla is also finalizing the exact date for the concert in her hometown of Memphis, which will be the final show of the tour.
