Cam’ron shoots his shot with Nia Long on Instagram
Last month, Boston Celtics Head Coach Ime Udoka was one of the biggest trending topics on social media. This was due to him being suspended for a year, as a result of him reportedly having an affair which was a consensual relationship, with a team staffer. The woman was later identified as the Celtics’ Team Service Manager, Kathleen Nimmo Lynch. Lynch is 34-years-old, Mormon, married, and has three children.
With the Udoka news coming out, many mentioned how this meant that he cheated on Nia Long. The two had been together since 2010, and had one child. Fans on social media also mentioned how unproblematic Long is, and didn’t deserve to get cheated on.
Long is now a huge free agent, due to her splitting from Udoka. The two had been engaged since 2015, but that is now no more. Many assume that other celebrities have been shooting their shot with Long since then, which appears to be the case, from Cam’ron.
Cam’ron took to Instagram on Sunday, to post screenshots of him trying to flirt with Long, in her DMs. This was a lengthy one, as he explained why he would be right for her. Cam revealed that he sent these messages last week, but still hasn’t gotten a response yet.
“Hey stink. I was giving you some time to yourself till I reached out. Your perseverance as a strong Black woman through this turbulent time has been something to behold. You shouldn’t be taken advantage of and exploited as you did nothing to deserve this. Especially all over these sports networks. You’re bigger and better than that.”
