2022 AMAs performers confirmed
Last month, the official list of nominees for the 2022 American Music Awards were revealed. This ceremony will be held on November 20, in Los Angeles. The host Venus is the Microsoft Theater at LA Live.
Bad Bunny is the most nominated artist at this year’s AMAs, with eight in total. Beyoncé and Taylor Swift have the second most, with six each.
On Monday, the AMAs also announced who fans will see take the stage, in LA. Among them are GloRilla, Lil Baby, Ari Lennox, Olivia Rodrigo, and more. Baby is confirmed to perform songs such as “California Breezy” and “In A Minute.”
This is also GloRilla’s first AMAs performance, as 2022 has been a massive breakout year for her. This includes achieving hits such as “F.N.F. (Let’s Go),” “Blessed” and “Tomorrow 2” with Cardi B. GloRilla also released her “Anyways, Life’s Great” EP, last week.
Ari Lennox has also had a strong 2022, as she finally released her highly anticipated sophomore album, this fall. This was “age/sex/location.” Prior to this album, Ari put out her “Away Message” EP, a few weeks before.
Anitta is also another one of the most anticipated performers, for this year’s AMAs. She is officially confirmed to performed hits of hers, such as “Lobby” and “Envolver.”
